A black, full length trench coat by Belgian designer VERONIQUE BRANQUINHO, made in Belgium from a substantial cotton corduroy. It has a double breasted, eight button front closure, convertible collar which can be worn down or buttoned up over the neck via a concealed flap, and a self fabric belt which allows the coat to be cinched at the waist. There are two angled welt pockets at the sides, an inverted pleat at the back which can be buttoned down or opened out to allow extra movement, and traditional storm flap detailing across the back. The coat has also been supplied with a liner made from wool and alpaca, which provides additional warmth for winter and gives the coat extra body and heft. The liner is removable via internal buttons, which makes it possible to wear the coat in slightly warmer weather as well.
